The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 (1) of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing to the Emerging Companies Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange of 1.500.000.000 additional shares of nominal value €0.01 of “Global Digital Services Plc”, with a listing price of €0.01, which were issued by the Company as a consideration for the reverse acquisition of 100% of Site Talk Community Inc.

It is noted that the above share will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will increase to 1.525.000.000 of nominal value €0.01 each.   

Their trading will commence on July 30, 2013.
