RichReach Corporation Public Ltd (the “Company”) wishes to inform the investors, the general public and the Cyprus Stock Exchange that it has decided not to renew its contract with Eurofast Limited, which acted as the Company’s Nominated Advisor. The Company would like to thank Eurofast Limited for its cooperation and services.

The Company has decided to appoint VGDA Accountants Limited as the Company’s new Nominated Advisor effective from 16/01/2020.

VGDA Accountants Limited has accepted its appointment.
