RichReach Corporation Public Ltd (the "Company") announces the issue of additional shares as follows:

1. As described in Part A: Key Share Capital of the Admission Document of the Company, the Company has proceeded to raise additional share capital through private placement. For the investment of the amount of €250,000, the Company has offered the total of 90,278 shares of the Company.
2. The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the offer of 6,500 shares of the Company to people who offered their services to the Company.

All 96,778 additional shares of €0.05 nominal value each have been fully paid, have been issued and have the same rights as the existing shares including the right to vote and the right to receive dividends.

With the issue of the 96,778 additional shares, the total number of issued and fully paid shares of the Company is 11,246,778 of €0.05 nominal value each.

On 30/07/2019 the Company has proceeded with an application for the admission of the 96,778 additional shares for trading in the non-regulated Emerging Companies Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange where the already existing shares are traded. The Cyprus Stock Exchange has approved the application and the first day of trading of the 96,778 additional shares of the Company is the 14/10/2019.
