We would like to inform the public that the increase of the authorised share capital of eUmbrella Corporation (International) Public Ltd (new name: RichReach Corporation Public Ltd) (the “Company”) (item 2 of the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 14/03/2019 announced at the C.S.E. on 14/03/2019) has been completed.

The authorised share capital of the Company is €750,000.00 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Euro) divided into 15,000,000 (Fifteen Million) shares each of nominal value €0.05 (five cents of Euro).
