The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that, after securing the approval of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, it will proceed with the delisting of the titles of Wargaming Public Company Ltd Ltd, pursuant to the power of Article 178 (1) of the Securities and Stock Exchange Law and Paragraph 2.4.1.2 of the Regulatory Decisions KDP 326/2009 (as amended) in view of the fact that there are no longer requirements for the smooth operation of the stock market on the titles while the significant ongoing obligations are not observed putting the interests of the investors at risk. 

Specifically, Wargaming Public Company Ltd has not observed its obligation for the submission and publication of: 

a) The Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31/12/2013 
b) The Six-Month Report for the period ended 30/6/2014 

It is noted that the delisting of the securities from the CSE will be effective from January 13, 2014.
