ANNOUNCEMENT

Pursuant to the relevant regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission and in view of informing Shareholders and investors in general, it is annouced that the Group's results for 2020 are expected to record losses of approximately 500 thousand euros, compared to a profit of 20 thousand euros last year.
