The Board of Directors of RichReach Corporation Public Ltd (the “Company”), in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and with regards to informing the Company’s shareholders and the general investing public to the fullest possible extent, announces that Mr Epaminondas Metaxas, due to other professional commitments, has resigned from the position of non-executive Director of the Company as of 03/04/2023.
