Following its announcement of 22 November 2018, LCP Holdings and Investments Public Ltd (the "Company") wishes to inform investors that after studying the quotations received from varous audit firms, the Company's Board of Directors has decided to suggest the appointment of G. Kalopetrides & Partners Ltd as the Company's new external auditors.

It is noted that the appointment of G. Kalopetrides & Partners Ltd as the Company's new external auditors is subject to the approval of the General Meeting of the Company's shareholders.
